Works as well as any handheld would. It picks up kitty litter well. I feel it does a better job than a traditional broom which can scatter and leave dirt behind. It picks up way more cat hair than I swept up with a broom. It is good for getting surface particles and hair off rugs but I wouldn't rely on it for a deep clean of carpet/rugs.

Just purchased two new Moosoo vacuums, a corded and a cordless to replace the two Moosoo vacuums I gave to my daughter. I bought the first two in 2019 and they’ve been put through some heavy use and still work perfectly, I expect the new ones to last without any issues because I clean the filters regularly. I washed sure if I’d like the cordless model but after several uses it’s proven it’s a keeper, I’ve yet to use the high mode since it picks up everything on my hardwood floors without a problem. Battery last about 20-30 minutes during my uses and charges fairly quickly, the new corded model I also bought is used when I’m cleaning other items in the house.

It appears to be exactly what my wife wanted. She is impressed at how much it picked up in such a small area that she vacuumed. Was looking for an additional battery to order and can't find one. Why not? Also, probably will order the stand to keep it on.

You can’t beat this thing for the money. Does what the expensive ones do and has nice accessories. Very versatile: And it sucks. Great on carpets and wood floors. Remember these aren’t made to replace a full sized vac. So don’t compare it to one. Great vac for in between and touching up. Buy it. I would again. Ps. Buy the one with the extra accessories. Powered upholstery brush works great.

(Quick update at the bottom)I was extremely skeptical of this vacuum cleaner. My husband and I sat and read reviews upon reviews for one for our new house and decided to settle on this one since we have 7/11 rooms that are hardwood floors (not counting 6 closets and 1 hallway that is hardwood). The other 4 are done in thick, plush carpet, so I needed something that would work on both types of floors without the hassle of being too heavy or too bulky when lugging it around, preferably cordless.I’ve gone through every brand imaginable— Dyson, Hoover, Kirby, Oreck, Shark, Bissell.... some were good and what I was looking for, but would either be really heavy or wouldn’t have the suction I was looking for...Got this one and received it in about 6 days (which honestly isn’t bad despite having Prime considering all that is going on with COVID-19 at the moment—I expected at least another week).Box is extremely lightweight and takes maybe 5 minutes to attach everything together. Let it charge for about 15 minutes before giving it a test run to see if the reviews were what it was cracked up to be....Well, they were! It’s small, so if you have big rooms, it’ll take some extra time to get all the floors, but it definitely does well on both hardwood and carpet. Letting it fully charge gave me plenty of battery and still had enough juice to go out and vacuum out my car real quick (yeah, this thing can even convert into THAT), it’s so small and lightweight).We have two indoor cats, so I gave one of the attachments a try to see how well it would do with fur. Didn’t have to go over a spot constantly just to pick up little hairs as this thing sucked it up in one swipe. So, that was a big check mark on the list of things I needed this vacuum to do...Purposely shook out a workboot and let mud go all over my utility room—this got it all up without hassle. Didn’t have to sweep the floor after as it picked up every small piece of dirt, dust, you name it, it got it. Could walk on it bare.

This vacuum works wonderfully! We are amazed at its suction. It picks up dirt we never knew was there! We haven't used all of the attachments yet because we are so happy with the floor application. I love the way the floor sweep swivels so I can get underneath furniture and in corners. My husband likes it so much that I found him voluntarily vacuuming the other morning. We have a cat and litter gets everywhere despite our efforts. We had a cordless vacuum that died on us recently, so we researched many products and decided on this one. It is lightweight, easy to handle. What I love is that the switch is on the handle and not on the floor sweep so the vacuum stays on when going under cabinets. It has changed the way we vacuum!!!! ....for the better!

No more pushing a power plug into a charger socket that eventually breaks, nope!!! This engineering genius made the charging connection a magnetic snap!!! Brilliant.
Now the cons...
1) The mounting rack doesn't have enough spots to hold all the great and useful attachments.
2) battery life could be longer. Don't get me wrong. The battery lasts plenty long enough, the problem is... once you start using this little sucker you can't stop!!! You'll find new things to vacuum.
3) that's it, except for these two points this little sucker sucks so good!!! Wait until you vacuum with your cord powered Orrick or whatever, then go over the same area.... you will be amazed at how much dirt this little sucker will suck up!!!
I bought another for downstairs, and considering one more for the RV.
I'm also buying three more for gifts.

I gave the rating a 4-star because I love everything about the vacuum except for the battery life - I got 12 minutes the first time and 15 minutes the second time. Waiting to hear from Moosoo to see if this is normal or if I got a bum battery. It is quiet, navigates well and picks up everything - I can use the lower power mode for floors and higher power mode for rugs. The accessories look great, but haven''t used them yet.

This is my first cordless vacuum .So far I like it I got this for quick pet hair clean ups. I was able to do the hole house in a single charge, 20 Sq Ft.. I like the head lights,they do help in dark spots. It does a good job at picking up pet hair on floors and area rugs.Hi & Low Setting and On/Off are the only controls on the unit. So it's not hard to use. I just wish the vacuum suction was a bit stronger.
I do like ,not having a cord to deal with. It is very lightweight. I also like that the brush is motorized.

Well we've only had it about a week. Assembly was rather easy once I previewed the instructional booklet. We haven't used it yet as a hand held vac, but are very pleased with it as a stand up product. I fully charged it before its first use and am extremely pleased with both the weight and suction of the product. The lower motor speed is more than ample and has done a wonderful job in getting the dust and debris. The noise level is also extremely tolerable. It charged beautifully and we like the way the handle pivots to get beneath and around the furniture. I'd like an opportunity to write another review in 3-6 months. Frank Wanat

I LOVE THIS VACUUM CLEANER! I have a dog that sheds so there is always fur on the floor in the kitchen. This makes it so easy and convenient to clean up. I end up doing the hall way while I'm at it and switch to the smaller attachment to get fur off my daughters bed and the couches. It's just the best! I look forward to vacuuming!

I do like the vacuum and the accessories that come with it, although the supplies online are limited to what is available. Extra batteries should be readily available to order, and I have to keep checking the website only to see that they are usually sold out. I bought this one after having bought and loved the K17 Upgrade, thought the pro would be better. It's technically 1kPa more powerful which I didn't see a difference between it and the normal K17 with the telescopic handle.
Pros:
-Quiet, dog still hates it but it's quiet.
-Replaced my old favorite; Black and Decker (I have a dyson one I rarely use and find annoying) which I only like since it takes my 12V drill batteries.
-Decent filtration, no bad smell coming from it unlike the Black and Decker.
-Respectively powerful.
-This beats out the K17 Upgrade since it has separate power and suction buttons, where the K17 Upgrade has one button. Not a huge fan of the buttons location, kind of takes some awkward maneuvering.
-Great set of accessories.
-Lightweight. This thing feels like a toy, it's so light.
Cons:
-Neigher K17s can easily stand up you kind of need to buy their little "base" accessory to fix that problem. You can TECHNICALLY get them to stand up but if you look at it wrong it falls over.
-Hard to maneuver. While silly light, the wheels on this forces you to make LARGE Arcs to do turns, doesn't pivot easily also there's weir really grippy rubber on the tires that when you try to turn too tight or quickly kind of pushes back on you and resists you.
-Aesthetically this looks cheap. The K17 upgrade looks nicer.
-No easy way to charge this when assembled. Seems like you have to remove the battery to charge it.
-Would like the option to buy different floor attachments, like a big felt roller for hardwood floors like you can with Dyson.
Conclusion:
This is a way better battery than its price point suggests. My first one made me a convert, and now I own three models. HEAVILY recommend this brand.

I have what I believe to be an early 2020 model. Great suction and lightweight.The filter seems to need to be throughly cleaned frequently (as it’s so great at picking up dust). A second filter would be a plus (so one can be cleaned and drying out).Also, wish the head was a tad wider.I use this all over the house and in the cars!

I LOVE the LED floor head- it REALLY shows all of the dust and dirt that collects on the floor, so it makes it easier to vacuum EVERY SINGLE SPOT!! The vacuum's battery life is GREAT, it's actually even better than the 30 mins they list, and I really never have a problem with the vacuum dying before I've finished cleaning. I also had an issue with an attachment cracking and reached out to MOOSOO directly (as I was out of the 90 day range) and they replaced it right away for me!! Absolutely great customer service- thank you Kathie!!! I could not recommend this vacuum more!!

After trying another cordless vacuum but having 4 children not wanting to risk buying something super expensive, I have been super impressed with how well they clean the floors. We have lots of messes with 4 kids and this has helped make clean up quicker and easier. My only complaint is If you accidentally suck up something a little too big it can block the whole and there’s no way to remove the roller so getting it out is tricky. I’ve had it for 3 months now and the charge and suction has held up. It stays charged long enough for me to do all my hardwood floors easy. I am really pleased with this purchase.

After trying another cordless vacuum but having 4 children not wanting to risk buying something super expensive, I have been super impressed with how well they clean the floors. We have lots of messes with 4 kids and this has helped make clean up quicker and easier. My only complaint is If you accidentally suck up something a little too big it can block the whole and there’s no way to remove the roller so getting it out is tricky. I’ve had it for 3 months now and the charge and suction has held up. It stays charged long enough for me to do all my hardwood floors easy. I am really pleased with this purchase.

We received our moosoo vacuum in good condition and have had it about 6 months with no real issues. I did reach out to customer service after I misplaced my crevice tool and they were quick to respond and shipped a new one right away. Considering the price as compared to competitors I'm very happy with my purchase.

I have had this vacuum for a little over a year. I love it! It is lightweight, easy to use and lots of suction power for a rechargeable vacuum. It has had a couple of parts that needed to be replaced during the past year. I sent the company an email describing the problem and they immediately sent out the part needed. Great customer service! I would definitely recommend this vacuum to anyone wanting a lightweight, portable vacuum.
