Well, the first order I placed, I received the incorrect item. I attempted to reach you by phone and by email and never received a response back, so I disputed the charge on my credit card and threw them out.
I reordered and you immediately charge my credit card. I waited approximately 2-3 weeks to receive an email that my order had shipped. When I received nothing after waiting all this time, I sent you an email message through your website letting you know that if you didn't ship my order within the next 3 days, I would once again dispute the charge on my credit card. I am presuming you received the message, because on day 4 when I was going to call the credit card company and dispute the charge, you finally shipped my order.
It's a filter, what do you want me to review. That I changed my dirty, old filter, with a new one?

It took me a long time to find the correct filters for my MOOSOO; these are the ones with one end closed and one end open. None of the pictures from sellers on various sites show you the entire filter and I kept ordering and getting the wrong ones and returning them.
Finally MOOSOO comes along with the right filters. I am so happy I found these and now I know where to get them.

This is my second Moosoo, and like the first, I absolutely love it. I have a parakeet who drops seeds everywhere. He's the primary reason why I bought it in the first place. I love the fact that I can use the canister and the attachment to get into the cracks and crevices that hide bird seed. The charge on the battery allows me to vacuum my entire aparment, which is an adequate size. It works just as well on hardfloor floors as it does on carpets. It's great.

The HEPA filter works and I like that they are washable and reusable but I misread the description and thought it was a six pack but it was $9.99 for one. I am impressed with MOOSOO customer service though. They are very responsive and helpful. When my motor went out on my new vacuum they were very helpful and sent a replacement very quickly.

I really enjoy having new filters for the vacuum; I was cleaning the existing one as thoroughly as I could between sessions but with the new ones here I have been switching the filter out every other time I vacuum and really giving them a thorough blowout in between uses. I think the vacuum is working at its best this way.

We absolutely love our new Mooso. We had to replace our old Dyson version after many years of use but the sticker price was OUCH! The product reviews were rated #1 and they are absolutely right.
