The only thing I don’t like is how it empties - the first time I dumped some of the trash in the floor as it missed the trash can and the second time the dog hair was wound around the filter so I had to go in there with a knife to get it out- however, it’s light, it’s quieter than my other one and it picks-up very well!

Seriously my favorite brand for vacuums ever!! Mine broke a couple years ago (user error) and I replaced it with a Shark for TWICE the price and literally dumbest decision I’ve ever made. I finally got a chance to order a new one from Moosoo instead and it’s 1000x better than my Shark, just like I remembered. Great bang for your buck. If y’all ever come out with a robot vacuum, I’d be happy to review it

If you are not expecting it to do the job of a Shark I like it. I like the light weight and the uniqueness of it. I like the 2 speed change with the finger. Without much control over the head is the biggest drawback but I will get use to it. I am not a complainer so I am more than satisfied.

This is my 2nd xl-618A. I loved my 1st one. Sadly, it died after a very busy life! This vacuum is great for running through the house for cleaning between heavy cleanings. We have 2 very furry dogs that shed constantly. Again, this vacuum comes to the rescue keeping fur balls at bay.
My new vacuum is a bit different. I am hoping that cleaning the HEPA filter will increase the life of the vacuum.

I haven't use this yet for the reason I bought this is for the filter cup that I accidentally broke on my first one but to my surprise it has the newer model that has a filter cup which doesn't fit on my old one so I ended up ordering the right one but it has no mesh (cloth) filter that comes with it (MOOSOO XL-618A Accessories X6), and I have to keep my new one as a spare.

Oh, I just love this new vacuum, I don't have dog hair as tumble weeds any more. It is so convenient to use. Just unplug and go. Sucks up the hair and dirt no problem. When done put back plug it in again and you are ready to go the next day. Truly a wonderful machine. I highly recommend it. I have two beagles and could not keep up with the broom. Not anymore, okay go ahead and shed, I got it covered.

While visiting my brother-in-law in Florida last year, I tried and LOVED his MooSoo vacuum. I've did a search for one when we got home and wasn't satisfied with what I was seeing. I forgot about it until an ad popped up on a game I was playing. Saw that it was the same price he paid (a few years ago) and shipping was free. After I ordered it, I was kept updated on shipping, etc. and it arrived within a week. It is so easy to use. I love the fact that it's cordless. Great for floors ... works on some carpets.

Wow..just Wow! Talk about easy, light weight and does a great job picking up stuff! I have a Kirby vacuum and I still prefer to use this. Great little vacuum. This is our second one as first broke where the battery pack goes in and more costly to fix. Unsure how we broke it, but looks like the battery was inserted incorrectly and a tine broke off, so no connection. But, it always worked very well and could do our lower half of house in one charge. Lightweight and easy to use. Often grab that over the "big" main vacuum. Easy to clean and never had trouble with suction as long as you keep up on the cleaning.

This vacuum has been amazing. My boys love making a mess. Snack time means tons of crumbs for mom and dad to pick up. We've made it a nightly ritual to vacuum their room before bedtime to see just how much of a mess was made. Thankfully this vacuum has great suction at the lowest setting and is light enough that all three of my sons are able to use it. We've said goodbye to our old plug in and are really glad we made this purchase. Cleaning up isn't as hard or a pain as it used to be with this awesome little machine. Highly recommend!

I used this vacuum at my son’s house to clean up around cat kibble and litter. I was so impressed with it that I purchased it for myself. I was pleased how well it vacuumed up cat litter but when I tried to turn I’d off, it cycled to high, before it turned off. So I was amazed when it was only operating on low! I’ve done our hardwood floors for 2 days and it still shows 3 bars indicating full battery charge.
Now my sister-in-law bought it for her new flooring and 2 cats.

This is a great product at a great price. It has a great brush and great suction. It is easy to clean the filter and remove the debris which is a plus. Also light and easy to use. A great feature is the ability to take out the long tube and attach the brush directly to the motor. Ideal for cleaning stairs. This company also has great customer service. I sent an email about how I could buy additional HEPA filters and they responded the same day and offered to send me one for free.

You’re going to wonder why you didn’t buy this years ago. This vacuum was everything I hoped it would be. It was super easy to put together out of the box. It charged full in just a couple hours and I was blown away by its suction power. I have 2 year old twins that leave crumbs everywhere they go like Hansel and Gretel, a Husky that sheds like it’s a sport and 2 long haired cats. This vacuum has not had a problem keeping up with it all. The cordless aspect is my favorite part of the entire thing. I’m able to just go through the whole house with out having to stop and unplug and plug back in. I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend 100 times over!

The instructions are not good so you need to charge the battery and then leave it on the havd held part, which goes into the stick part. It seems to work well and so far I’m happy.

This is my second purchase of this vacumn and I love it! The suction is great, it's lightweight and charges easily. It's so convenient for us at 60 plus to grab and clean. Disconnect and clean our vehicles too. I highly recommend! Great customer service too the one time I had to contact them for a replacement piece for the older one. Btw, it still works we are just rotating it to our office and got the new one for our new home.
