What to do if the floor brush stopped spinning?

1. Please remove the floor brush and extension tube, check carefully for blockages and clean it, then reinstall them back, can the floor brush spin?

2. If not, please remove the extension tube and directly connect the floor brush to the main motor, can the floor brush spin? If it can, it’s the extension tube fault, otherwise, the floor brush is faulty.

The battery is fully charged, but after a few seconds of startup, the main motor automatically shuts down and the battery charge indicator blinks constantly. How should I deal with it?

Step 1.

Please check the floor brush, conductive tube, and dust cup for any blockage. Clean those parts and try again after.


Step 2.

Please take the HEPA filter and the outlet filter out and knock the dust off. Rinse it under the running water, dry, and try again.


Step 3.

Please only start the motor without any accessories like HEPA filter\filter cup\brush \conductive tube, and do this after charging the vacuum for 5 hours. Please remember not to suck up dust. See if the problem persists.

The vacuum cleaner will not recharge and get hot as well as only lasts for a few minutes. Can I replace the battery or charger? (No lights come during the charge)

Please prioritize these areas:


Step 1:

Please ensure to use the original charger.


Step 2:

Please make sure, that the charging chip is clean. You can use a paper towel to wipe it.




Step 3:

Start the main motor to see if it can turn on after charging for 5 hours.

(Tips: The battery of this machine is built-in with the main motor. If the battery is damaged, the solution is to replace the whole main motor instead of replacing the battery.)

What to do when my machine has power issues and the “!” sign on the panel is on.

When there is a "!" warning sign, it means that your machine might be clogged.

Please prioritize these areas:


Step 1:

Please check the floor brush, conductive tube, and dust cup for any blockage and try again after cleaning.


Step 2:

Please take the HEPA filter and knock the dust off. Rinsing it under the running water, dry, and try again.


Step 3:

After charging it for 5 hours, start the machine without any accessories, like HEPA filter\filter cup\brush \conductive tube. Please remember not to suck up dust. Does it help?

(Tips: These are also measures to solve the problem of suction drop.)


I am dissatisfied with my machine usage time. What should I do?

Please check the power mode you are choosing during the usage.


Since our machine is factory default for the medium mode-high mode-low mode, the use time of the "high mode" is 9 minutes, the "medium mode" is 19 minutes, and the "low mode" is 35 minutes.


We suggest that you choose those modes according to different cleaning areas.
