My air-fryer stopped working and will not turn back on. The lights on the panel also do not work. How to fix it?
Step 1: Please confirm whether your product had plugged incorrectly.
Step 2: The product is put into the pot body, but not placed in the correct position or had placed without the inner pot. Please make sure it is located correctly.

What to do when the machine is overheating?
Please confirm the use time of overheating of the machine. Under normal circumstances, the highest temperature outside the unit does not exceed 70℃.
In the meantime, please let the machine cool down and clean the machine, then restart to see if you can fix the problem.

My air-fryer only works with a stirring (3) function. Other functions will not start. How to fix this?
There may be a problem with the heating element. Check whether the heating element turns red after a few seconds of the air fryer running. If the heating element does not become hot, please contact customer support.

How can I replace missing/broken accessories?
Contact the customer care center (usa@imoosoo.com) and tell us the name of your missing/damaged accessories. We will provide you with an appropriate solution.
The machine will jump from the set function (i.e. French fries) to another one (i.e. fried shrimp) by itself. Is this normal?
The air fryer should not change its operating function by itself. Please check if the touch screen is clean, wipe and restart to see if the problem persists. If so, please contact our customer support.

The Air-fryer handle is rusted and peeled off. How to help it?
The handle of the air fryer had connected to the detachable frying basket. To avoid rust problems, be sure to wipe the frying basket with a dry cloth after cleaning.
If the basket has rusted and is not suitable for use, please contact customer service for a replacement.
