Delivery and Shipping Information

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day.

* Orders under $60 will be charged a shipping fee of $8-$16 depending on the product you order.

1. Estimated Delivery Times: 

Times are estimates; MOOSOO does not guarantee delivery dates.

2. Battery Shipping: 

Batteries may not be shipped to some countries. You will receive the battery case and must purchase the battery locally.

3. Shipping Fees: 

Remote areas may incur additional shipping charges based on the logistics company's quotes.

4. Customer Calls:

Customer calls are for logistics information only.

5. Delivery Information:

Ensure all delivery information is accurate. Incorrect or missing details may delay delivery as we need to contact you for updates. Customs clearance can also cause delays.

6. Delivery Method:

Orders may be delivered by local post or courier. If you're not home, a notice card will provide collection details.

7. No Reshipping:

No reshipping for returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or unavailability.

8. Order Tracking： 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email to track your order once it has been shipped.

9. Taxes & Duties：

Import taxes and duties may apply upon arrival in your country, determined by your local customs office. The recipient is responsible for these charges.

10. Customs & Regulations：

Check local postal regulations for restricted items; MOOSOO is not liable for items not accepted in your country.

11. Foreign Transaction Fees:

Your bank may apply different exchange rates and fees if your card is in a different currency. MOOSOO prices are shown in local currency but processed in USD at checkout.
