What to do when the vacuum does not turn on?

1. Check the power cord and power plug for damage.

2. Please remove the floor brush and extension tube, then check carefully for blockage and clean it up. 

3. Please empty the dust cup and take out the white HEPA filter. Shake off the dust, and put the filter back to use.

4. Restart the vacuum after cleaning up.

My machine is overheating, what can be the problem?

1. Remove the floor brush and extension tube, then check carefully for blockage and clean it up. 

2. Empty the dust cup and take out the white HEPA filter from it. Then, shake off the dust, and put it back in use.

3. Please do not use the machine continuously for more than 25 minutes. It can be restarted after being cold.

The vacuum noise became louder after some usage. How to fix it?

My corded vacuum does not work well on the carpet. Is it defective?

This vacuum cleaner equipped with an energy-saving floor brush, which only works for smooth floors, such as hardwood floors, etc. It's not suitable for carpets.

How often should I replace the HEPA filter?

We recommend taking out the HEPA filter from the dust cup after each use and shaking off the dust. Please replace the HEPA filter for at least 2-3 months. This is the key to protect the machine and maintain the suction.

I broke/lost a part of the vacuum. How can I get it replaced?

The switch button of the vacuum broke, how can I get it replaced?

When I use the machine, it has a burning smell. Is this normal?

It’s abnormal when the vacuum has a burning smell during usage, for this issue:

 

1. Please remove the floor brush and extension tube, then check carefully for blockage and clean it up. 

2. Empty the dust cup and take out the white HEPA filter from it. Shake off the dust and put it back in use.

3. Restart the vacuum after cleaning up and cooling up. Will it help?

The vacuum brush head will not rotate anymore. How to fix it? 

Case 1:The motor can start, but the floor brush can not rotate, and the brush light doesn’t light up.

Solution 1:

1. Please check the floor brush, conductive tube, and dust cup for blockage and try again after cleaning.

2. Please use a paper towel and cloth to wipe the metal connectors of the brush and conductive tube. Try again to see if the problem is solved.


3. Please remove the conductive tube and connect the brush head directly to the motor part. If the brush will work this way, then please clean the tube.



Case 2:The motor can start, and the floor brush can rotate, but the brush light doesn’t light up.

Solution 2:

The most common issue is the LED light circuit burnt out. Please, contact our Customer Service Center to replace the brush.

(Tips: If the replacing vacuum brush head does not resolve the problem, please contact the Customer -Service Center to provide the right solution.)

My vacuum cord snapped. Is there any way to replace it?

If your vacuum cord has broke, although the motor can still start, we suggest that you do not use the machine anymore to avoid electric shock. Please contact our Customer Service Center (Contact us) in time and provide photos of the broken part. We will apply a corresponding measure for you.
