MOOSOO K13/K12 TROUBLESHOOTING

My vacuum will not charge with the charging stand and no lights coming on. How to fix it?


Step 1: 

Please confirm that the original charger is used and installed correctly. And change the different sockets to try.



Step 2: 

Check whether the charging power chip is damaged or dirty. If yes, wipe it clean and turn it around for a while before charging.


Step 3: 

Check whether the display light is on during charging. And whether the machine can start after five hours of charging.

Our vacuum completely stopped working and will not restart. What is the issue?

Step 1: 

Please check whether the power of the machine is out, and charge it. Observe whether the display light blinks when charging/if the blue light is always displayed, after charging for 5 hours.


Step 2: 

If the machine charges normally and after a full recharge it fails to start. Please remove all the accessories(dust cup\filter cup /the HEPA filter) and restart the vacuum to see if it works. If not, maybe the battery or motor is broken. Replacing a motor will solve the problem.


Step 3: 

If the machine doesn't charge normally, follow Question 1 to deal with it.

The vacuum will shut down after a few seconds/on the highest suction mode, how to fix this?

Step 1: 

Please check whether the dust cup/HEP filter/filter cup, as well as the extension tube or floor brush (for the K13 machine), are blocked and clean them up.


Step 2: 

Please take out the HEPA filter and the filter cup, shake off the dust and rinse with water, dry, and reuse.


Step 3: 

Please make sure whether the power of the machine is exhausted, and try again after charging the vacuum.


Step 4:

Start the motor without any attachment (HEPA filter\filter cup\brush \conductive tube) and see if it will work. Please remember not to suck up dust.

When I press down the power button it flashes blue instead of turning on. What can be the problem?

① It may be the power run out. 

Charge the machine according to the normal charging mode and restart it after 5 hours of charging.


② It may be that the machine is blocked.


Step 1: 

Please check whether the dust cup/HEP filter/filter cup, as well as the extension tube or floor brush (for the K13 machine), are blocked and clean them up.


Step 2: 

Please take out the HEPA filter and the filter cup, shake off the dust and rinse with water, dry, and reuse.


Step 3: 

Please restart the machine without anything, like the dust cup\filter cup as well as HEPA filter to see whether it works.

How can I replace missing/broken accessories?

Step 1:

Please take out the HEPA filter and the filter cup, shake off the dust and rinse with water, dry, and reuse.

We recommend replacing the HEPA filter every two months, which can go a long way to improving suction.
