MOOSOO K17 TROUBLESHOOTING

1. Please remove the floor brush and extension, check carefully for blockages and clean it.
2. Please see picture 1,2 and check if the metal chip of the dust cup is intact, if not the floor brush will not spin.

1. Please check if you use the original charger. If so, whether the charger is damaged in appearance?

2. Please check if the charger is fully inserted into the battery and the battery is fully inserted into the motor.

3. Please try different outlets.

4. Please turn on the vacuum motor without attaching any attachments, can it work normally?

1. Blockage: Please make sure the accessories (floor brush/extension tube/filters) are clean (no hair entanglements, blockages).

2. Battery: Please make sure the battery is fully charged (The green indicator light is on).

3. Please turn on the vacuum without attaching any attachments (floor brush/extension tube/filters), can it work normally?

4. Please turn on the vacuum when it’s plugged in the power outlet, can it work longer? If so, there may be something wrong with the battery or charger.

2. Please check if you ever use the wet HEPA filter or vacuum water?

3. Please turn on the vacuum without attaching any attachments(floor brush/extension tube/filters), does the noise still exist?

4. Please make sure the accessories(floor brush/extension tube/filters) are clean(no hair entanglements, blockages).
