The vacuum dust cup/dust cup button broke. How to fix it?

1. If the damaged part affects the normal usage, contact the Customer-Service Center, and provide us with a photo. We will apply for a new dust cup for you.


2. If the damaged part does not affect the normal usage, and you can repair and continue to use it, contact the Customer-Service Center, we will apply for compensation for you.

My LT450 vacuum will not turn on, is there anything I can do?

Step 1: 

Please check whether the plug is correctly connecting to the socket. Change a socket and try again.

Step 2: 

Please, check if the switch was damaged.

 

If all of the above checks are complete and when you try turning it on again the next day, but the problem persists, the motor may be corrupt.

Why do I need to replace the HEPA filter and how to fix the poor suction problem.

The reason: 

We recommend replacing the HEPA filter every two months, which is critical for suction health.


The measures: 

1. Please take the HEPA filter out and knock the dust off. Rinsing it under the running water, dry, and try again after using the machine.

2. Please be sure to install the HEPA filter correctly when using the machine. If you use the vacuum without a filter, it can do a lot of damage to the device. These can cause poor suction and motor noise.

The corded vacuum has terrible noise that it was not making before. Is it defective?

Step 1: 

Take the HEPA filter out and knock the dust off. Rinsing it under the running water, dry, and try again. 


Step 2:

Start the vacuum without anything, such as HEPA filter\filter cup. Please remember not to suck up dust while doing this.

If the above inspection was com, the dust into the motor likely caused a noise problem. Please, contact us in time, we will provide you with an appropriate solution.

How can I replace missing/broken accessories?

Contact the Customer-Service Center (usa@imoosoo.com) and tell us the name of your missing/damaged accessories. We will provide you with an appropriate solution.

LT450 vacuum will shut down after a few seconds/minutes of usage. How to help it?

Step 1: 

Check whether the machine got hot before it stopped working. 


Step 2: 

If yes, please clean the dust cup and HEPA filter and then cool it for 30 minutes - 1 hour to try using it again.


Step 3:

Please don’t use the machine continuously for more than 20 minutes daily. These are the best measures to protect the motor.

 

If the machine still cannot be switched on or used normally, please contact the Customer-Service Center on time, and we will provide you with an appropriate solution.
