MOOSOO M8-PRO/M8 TROUBLESHOOTING

Step 1: Charge the battery for 4-5 hours to check whether the battery is dead.

Step 2: Please clean the machine and restart it without any accessories - like filter cup\HEPA filter, tube, and brush to see whether it works.

The noise problem of the motor can be caused by dust entering the motor. Consider not using the machine without a HEPA filter and filter cup. Please do the following check first：

Step 1: 

Check whether the dust cup/HEP filter/filter cup, conductive tube, or floor brush, are blocked and clean them up.

Step 2: 

Please take out the HEPA filter and the filter cup, shake off the dust and rinse with water, dry, and reuse.

Step 3：

Please restart the machine without any accessories, like filter cup \ HEPA filter, tube, and brush to see whether it works.

Step 1:

Check whether your battery is dead. If it needs charging, please charge for 4-5 hours.

Step 2:

Please confirm your use mode. Use time of high mode is not long. Please, switch to low mode to see whether the vacuum can maintain good suction time.

Step 3: 

Please check whether the dust cup/HEP filter/filter cup, as well as the conductive tube or floor brush, are blocked and clean them up.

Step 4: 

Please take out the HEPA filter and the filter cup, shake off the dust and rinse with water, dry, and reuse.

Step 1:

Please check whether if you can use the vacuum after 4-5 hours of charging. If yes, the display light of the motor may be damaged.

Step 2:

If it does not work after 4-5 hours of charging, the charger or battery may be damaged.

Contact the customer care center (usa@imoosoo.com) and tell us the name of your missing/damaged accessories. We will provide you with an appropriate solution.

Step 1:

Check the floor brush, conductive tube, and dust cup for blockage and try again after cleaning.

Step 2:

Please use paper towels and cloth to wipe the metal of the brush and conductive tube, and try again to see if the problem is solved.

Step 3:

Please remove the conductive tube and connect the brush head directly to the motor part.

Check whether the switch button is stuck. If it is normal, there may be a short circuit in the connection inside the button. 

Step 1: 

Please check whether the dust cup/HEP filter/filter cup, as well as the conductive tube or floor brush, are blocked and clean them up.

Step 2: 

Please take out the HEPA filter and the filter cup, shake off the dust and rinse with water, dry, and reuse.

Step 3: 

Observe whether the main engine makes noise. If it does, that may be caused by dust entering the main engine, resulting in noise and suction drop. 

When this problem occurs, please stop using the machine immediately.

Please identify the area where the spark occurred, and if it is a socket, try to replace it with a socket.
