Damage caused by user error, including negligence, misuse, improper maintenance, or failure to follow the user manual.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than MOOSOO authorized service centers.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, third-party marketplaces (except official MOOSOO channels), or gray market sources.
Loss, theft, accidental damage, or cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, normal aging of consumable parts like filters and brushes).
Damage caused by force majeure events (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.).
