Quick Safety Checks (Do These First)
1. Charging Protection
The vacuum cannot turn on while charging. Completely unplug the charger, then try the power button again.
2. Blockage Protection
If the floor brush roller is jammed with hair, threads, or debris, the vacuum will automatically shut off to protect the motor.
Fix: Thoroughly clean the roller and make sure it spins freely by hand.
Vacuum Suddenly Stops Working
Follow these steps to identify the faulty part:
Remove all accessories (extension tube, floor brush, hose, etc.).
Turn on the handheld unit alone.
If it doesn’t work: Try replacing the battery or charger.
If it works normally: Continue to step 3.
Attach only the floor brush directly to the handheld unit (skip the extension tube).
First, remove the roller brush to rule out blockages.
If the problem returns: The floor brush may be faulty — consider replacing it.
If it works fine: The issue is likely with the extension tube — try replacing it.
2. Weak Suction or Not Picking Up Debris
Check and fix these issues one by one:
Filters: Clean the HEPA filter and other filters thoroughly, then let them dry completely. Replace the HEPA filter if used for more than 6 months.
Filter Installation: Ensure all filters are installed correctly and securely.
Dust Cup: Empty the dust cup if it is full.
Clogs: Clean the extension tube, hose, and all suction paths to remove blockages.
Floor Brush: Check inside the floor brush for any damaged pipes or hidden clogs.
Battery: Fully charge the battery before use.
3. Vacuum Is Noisy
This is often caused by dust entering the motor due to improperly installed filters or dust cup.
Quick Cleaning Method (limited effect):
Remove all accessories (extension tube and floor brush).
Hold the handheld unit and cover the suction inlet firmly with your palm.
Turn on the vacuum for 5–10 seconds, then release your palm.
Repeat 4–6 times.
This may remove some internal dust, but if the noise continues, the motor may be affected. We recommend replacing the unit.
