Read Before Use
⚠️ Charging Protection
Your vacuum cannot be turned on while connected to the charger. This is a built-in safety feature. If the vacuum appears unresponsive, unplug the charger first, then press the power button.
⚠️ Blockage Protection
If the floor brush roller is jammed by hair, thread, or debris, the vacuum will automatically shut off to protect the motor. In this state, the unit may seem completely dead — please clean the roller thoroughly before testing again.
(Many customers mistake these normal safety functions for motor failure. A quick check often resolves the issue immediately.)
Step 1: Confirm You Are Using the Original Charger
Please make sure you are using the original charger that came with your vacuum.
The vacuum cannot be turned on while charging — this is normal protection. Unplug the charger to use it.
Step 2: Component Isolation Test (Key Step)
Remove the extension tube and floor brush. Turn on the handheld unit alone.
Case 1
Handheld unit still does not work when turned on alone
→ The issue is in the main unit.
→ Solution: Replace the handheld unit. If the battery is removable (e.g., XL-618A), the battery can also be replaced.
Case 2
Handheld unit works alone, but fails when connected directly to the floor brush
→ The issue is in the floor brush.
→ Solution: First clean the floor brush and make sure the roller spins freely. If it still fails after cleaning, replace the floor brush.
Case 3
Handheld unit + floor brush works normally, but fails when the extension tube is attached
→ The extension tube is faulty.
→ Solution: Replace the extension tube.
Step 3: Noise Issues
High-pitched or unusually loud noise: usually caused by dust entering the motor, typically due to improperly installed or uncleaned filters.
Once dust enters the motor chamber, the damage is irreversible.
Always use the vacuum with filters properly installed, and clean them regularly (both the foam filter and HEPA filter must be cleaned, dried, and reinstalled).
Never operate the vacuum without filters installed.
