The motorized power brush of my vacuum will not spin or rotate. How do I fix it?

Part one: The brush can’t spin, and the brush LED light can’t light up.

Step 1: Please check the floor brush, conductive tube, and dust cup for blockage and try again after cleaning.

Step 2: Use a paper towel and cloth to wipe the metal connectors of the brush and conductive tube. Try again to see if the problem is solved.

Step 3: Remove the conductive tube and connect the brush head directly to the motor part. Like this:

If the brush can rotate, the conductive tube is likely damaged. If the brush head is still not turned, then it is damaged.

Please contact us, and we will do our best to help you solve this problem.

Part two: The brush can’t spin, but the brush head LED light can light up.

If you encounter this, it is most likely that the brush belt broke. You can follow our disassembly method to handle.

If yes, we can apply for 2-floor brush belts for you.

The machine does not have a good suction on the hardwood floor/carpet. Overall, suction power is not satisfying. Is it defective?

1. The machine has two modes of suction, 12Kpa in the low mode and 24Kpa in the high mode. We recommend using different suctions in different environments.

2. Low suction may be due to a clog in the vacuum. Check and clear clogs in the dust cup, HEPA filter, telescopic tube, and floor brush. Check the picture:

3.We recommend replacing the HEPA filter every two months, which will greatly improve suction.

The canister lid does not seal down properly, and the vacuum is leaking some dust. How to fix that?

Has your machine ever fallen to the ground? Is there any damage to the dust cup?

If not, you may have received a defective vacuum.

Contact us and provide us with photos, and we will help you solve this problem.

After some usage, the vacuum has become very loud. It has high pitch noise. Is this normal?

The noise probably was caused by dust entering the motor. Remember not to use the machine without a HEPA filter and filter cup. Please do the following check first:

Please check whether the dust cup/HEP filter/filter cup, as well as the conductive tube or floor brush, are blocked and clean them up.

Step 2:

Please take out the HEPA filter and the filter cup, shake off the dust and rinse with water, dry, and reuse.

Step 3:

Restart the machine without anything, like a filter cup \ HEPA filter, tube, and brush to see whether it works.
