What to do if the floor brush stopped spinning?

1. Please remove the floor brush and extension tube, check carefully for blockages and clean it, then reinstall them back, can the floor brush spin?

2. If not, please remove the extension tube and directly connect the floor brush to the main motor, can the floor brush spin? If it can, it’s the extension tube fault, otherwise, the floor brush is faulty.

How to solve the decreased suction power issue?

1. Please make sure the HEPA filter is NOT removed from the vacuum and is in use.

2. Please take out the filter cup and HEPA filter and shake the dust off after every usage, and put them back after cleaning.

3. Please replace the HEPA filter every 2-3 months.

4. Please regularly remove accessories (floor brush/extension tube/filters) to check and clean up hair entanglements, blockages and other garbage to make sure there are no obstructions.

What to do when the vacuum will not turn on?

1. Blockage: Please remove the floor brush and the extension tube, check carefully for blockages and clean it.

2. Battery: Please make sure the battery is fully charged (all three blue indicator lights stay solid blue).

3. Please turn on the vacuum without putting on any attachments (floor brush/extension tube/filters), can it be turned on?

4. Please turn on the vacuum when it’s plugged in the power outlet, can it work normally? If so, there may be something wrong with the battery or charger.

The vacuum body where the battery is located is missing one of the prongs is this normal?

1. This is the design of the vacuum itself and will not cause any problems with the use of the machine.

The battery will not recharge and it quickly loses bars, what should I do?

1. Please check if you use the original charger. If so, please look up if the charger is visually damaged.

2. Please check if the blue indicator lights flash when the battery is charged on the vacuum.

3. Please check if all three light indicator lights stay solid blue after 5 hours of charging. It is not normal for the battery to be fully charged in a short time after the battery is exhausted.

What to do when the lights will not come on when I charge the battery?

1. Please check if you use the original charger. If so, is the charger damaged? Will it help if you change the outlet?
