i own 2 other battery powered MOOSOO vacuums and they are great.
this one has no spinning rollers, no light , and the plastics is very low grade. not impressed. i know that your company can make a electric vacuums that can be compared to top brand names..

I tried to cancel this order 2 minutes after I placed. Was told I couldn’t cancel it cause it was already Being shipped in 2 minutes!! they told me to refuse it and I’d get a refund. I gave it to the fed ex man next day it was back in my porch again. This is nit a people friendly place to deal with. I was wanting to replace my Dyson V6 stick vac. I absolutely love every feature about it except the battery not holding a charge long enough to vacuum a 600ft2 room. I found MooSoo and it has all the same features of the Dyson except 1 - the powered roller head. This feature makes picking up debris effortless. The MooSoo has a brush on the head that has to be manually operated for any type of effectiveness. Even with a low shag / ply carpet, it just about wears your arm out to get all the debris out of the carpet. I would highly recommend this for a non carpeted surface but not one with carpet.

Since I'm 80 and getting a little weak in the hand/wrist area, I found the vacume too heavy to use with my dominant hand. If I use both hands it works ok. I do like the strong suction power and swivelability of the head.

I ordered this item as a short term replacement for my cordless K-17. The dust bin on it broke. You don't have the part in stock and you haven't replied to my email inquiry. Don't know if I would have ordered this corded unit had I known you wouldn't help me with my broken K-17. The new unit works great. Hope it doesn't break, then I will be screwed.

Great lightweight "race" vac which makes touch-ups a breeze.Internal filter becomes caked with fine dust particles, presumably from the dust whirling around within the collection chamber, and requires periodic cleaning or replacement.Cleaning it isn't easy, as the dust collects between the paper folds. Replacement cartridges are about $7 each.

This product is more versatile than anticipated and very portable despite having a cord. The only drawback I found was that the carpet brush attachment cuts down on draw power but that's usually the case with all vacuums. Otherwise, it cleans carpets better than I expected and if it requires stronger suction, I merely remove the brush and use without any attachment. Having the hose is a nice option for use with dust-buster mode

I love this vacuum cleaner, I was not ready to spend a fortune on the vacuum cleaners and so started checking on the internet.. cnet is one of the sites i trust for electronic items reviews and moosoo is listed there as one of the best affordable vacuums. so i wanted to give it a try and ordered from amazon. The product is amazing, the suctions is very good and its very light weight, i got a hardwood floor specific one and it does the job. It went beyond my expectations..

We have two SHEDDING dogs and I was going crazy trying to keep up with the hair that hides under tables, chairs, benches, etc. NOT ANYMORE! This vacuum gets to all those tricky places and gets ALL the hair. The versatile adjustable lengths are great and easy to adapt. In the handheld position, I cleaned all the cloth couches & foot rests and carpeted stairs - AWESOME! It is very well made, super light and extremely easy to use. I HIGHLY recommend this product. Put it this way, I have bought hundreds of great items on moosoo and this is the first time I have ever written a review. It deserves five stars!

I was a bit hesitant about purchasing this brand. After reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. Turned out to be one of the best purchases I made! I love it!! Light weight, long cord, super suction power and easy to maneuver. I didn’t want a cordless because of the short battery life before they need to be recharged. I can’t think of 1 bad thing to say about this vacuum! It’s light, it’s easy, it’s easy in the eyes and it does it’s job VERY well! I bought the 23foot corded vacuum because I wanted white (and it didn’t come in the 33 foot) but honestly 23 reaches sooo far! And I can always u plug and plug elsewhere! The cord free was double (if not more) in price and just like all my other “wireless gadgets” t he y never last long because the battery usually is the first thing to go! So I opted for this instead and I don’t regret it!! It sucks up, food, hair, dust, spider webs, crumbs, and literally anything!!! I use it on my floors, steps, rugs (it’s a little hard to push but still works great), runners, corners, walls, tables, shelves, bathroom... you name it! I’ve used it everywhere!!!But it! You won’t regret it! If you like my review please give me a thumbs up! (I was not paid or given anything for this review-I just know how important REAL reviews are these days!) This product has been great for sucking up dog hair. It has a good suction and is easy to see what has been picked up to know when to dump into garbage. It is really easy to dump what has been sucked up. It whirls the dog hair into a ball so when you open the canister it doesn’t fly everywhere like when cleaning with broom and dustpan.

This little vacuum hangs in our storage closet and is so handy! We were experiencing these ladybug look-a-likes in our home! A couple each day, in our kitchen and living room, especially near the windows. This vacuum saved me from the insanity these things were causing!It's so light, I can give the perimeter of the kitchen a quick once around and it's so easy and keeps the kitchen looking fantastic!Best part of this vacuum is how easy it is to use and how powerful it is! Very nice. Not as strong suction but will do the job. Easy to handle for my 10 year old as well. She vacuums her own room. The down side is the air it blows out on the side of the top container. Because it is so high, you need to be careful where you aim. My papers from the desk and bird feathers and food flew all over the room lol It is definitely a good product for the price.

The multiple high ratings and discount grabbed my interest, so I bought it--free returns just in case I hated it. Holey moley, this is way better than I thought it would be. Nicely packaged and easy to use. Especially like that I can get ALL the way under the bed without having to move it or shift around; it reaches to every corner and I don't have to practically lay down on the floor either. Really easy to empty the canister and care for. Love it :)

Ive had this for about a week now and I LOVE it. We have two dogs who shed a great amount. I recently moved into a house with hardwood floors so you can easily see all the hair! It sucks all the hair right up! I don’t need to go over twice. Empty and cleaning is so easy. It’s not heavy at all, so that makes stairs easier as well. I’m impressed! I highly recommended.

Usually don't leave reviews for products but wanted to give a shout-out to moosoo's customer service. The vaccum itself is great, and comes with 3 different attachments for all types of surfaces. It's powerful and convient with the wall mounted storage. The only issue I had is that after a couple months of use the base of the tube had started to crack. I reached out to moosoo's customer service and they made things simple and resolved my issues very quickly!

So, I am super picky about vacuums. I have owned everything from a 400$ Dyson to 15$ bargin store vacuums, and pretty much hated all of them. I have a small house, about 1k square feet, I have 2 small dogs who shed quite a lot, and I live with 4 other people.I purchased this little guy and I am SOOOOO impressed by it! It’s speed has taken care of all my needs thus far, it picks up all the dirt, human and dog hair without issue.Other awesome features:1. It folds down so nicely, it's super compact stored behind my laundry room door.2. It clean both hardwood floors and carpets.. I have some large area rugs but mostly hardwood floor and it works great on both.3. It’s very light weight. I mostly do cleaning because you know other vacuums are very heavy so my mom can not use those, but now my mom is 84 and she can really use this and help me cleaning. It is so much better than the Dyson I used to own, it turns like a feather with the flick of a hand, it's magical.The only drawback I could foresee is for those with large houses, you may need to clean and empty the garbage after I’m done cleaning. But if you have bigger house, you may need to empty this twice at least.However, this is not an issue for me, and I could not be happier with this little vac that truly surprised me with it's awesomeness!!

This vaccum cleaner does a decent job with suction but could be stronger considering it's corded and not battery operated. It's good for staircases and I plan to use it for vaccuming the vehicle (when I get around to it!) There are two smaller attachments, crevice tool and duster, which are sturdy. It'd be nice if the pole and attachments were secured by a snap or something but it fits together secure & tight enough it probably isn't necessary. I appreciate that it comes will a plastic hanger with (small) drywall screws. It mounted on our garage wall just fine but it does seem flimsy.

It was working very well when i first used it bought july 18 and been using it more than 4 days a week since and yesterday oct 7 started using it no more rhan 5minutes in to cleaning it just stoped! Tried calling product support always on voicemail..

I bought this cheap to replace my other vacuum that wouldn’t hold a charge anymore. The suction is great, moves fine. The only thing I will miss is not having a roll brush on this vacuum, but it’s okay because there is still a brush on it and it only matters when I have to clean my one rug. The rest of my floors are hard floors so it’s great! Also the dirt canister is bigger on this one as well! Love it!

This little guy is amazing for the price. It’s not a Dyson quality but it sure is worth the price tag. I love how easy the head detaches to use as a handheld. It has as much suction as my shark rocket had at a fraction of the price. Only thing I wish it had is a cord wrap. But that would increase the price I’m sure.

On hardwood and tile floors this works great! I also use it on very low pile throw rugs I have around the house. As it states in the description, it does not work on thick carpet.I use this for nightly touch ups in my kitchen and mudroom. It's great at getting up crumbs, dog hair, and dirt that get tracked in throughout the day. I would buy this again.
