I have a white artificial turf in my backyard cuz the concrete gets extremely hot in 110-120 degrees in La Quinta and my dog can't go out back to play as too I can't get out of the pool or jacuzzi unless there are flipflops right there. The artificial turn has made walking near the pool comfortable but winds are often and they blow a lot of sand, dust, and flower leafs, this handy vacuum has the power I needed to get deep into the surface and suck everything into the chamber and into the bag.

Our brush roller doesn’t work. My daughter in law got in touch with the company & instead of sending a new brush roller UPS it was apparently sent through USPS & is still out there somewhere.

Second vacuum purchased and within a month the latch that opens the bottom of the canister comes off or breaks. Have a useless vacuum. Made several attempts to contact the company via the contact page and email. No response! AVOID

Not very impressed with the suction at all. Canister contents can easily come back down if it gets very full due to the orientation when mounted on the wall. The mini power head can't actually be stored with the wall mount because its too wide and blocks the vacuum from mounting properly. I do like the battery indicator and it lasts long enough for it small house. Doesn't perform well on carpet or pet hair.

Purchased this vacuum after the Moosoo we purchased on Amazon 3 years ago finally gave out. We used that one daily, multiple times to maintain pet hair and other general traffic debris through our mud room. We could vacuum our entire 800 square foot home on one charge. This vacuum dies within 15 minutes from a full overnight charge. It has poor suction and often requires multiple passes. Would never purchase again, steer clear.

I like the sweeper with all its attachments, especially the dog brush, except I wish it had stronger suction. It doesn’t pull crumbs from near the baseboards. Maybe you could tell me if I’m doing something wrong.

This vacuum was made specifically for pet hair. Picking up the pet hair and keeping the brush row clean it does a fantastic job. But I've never had one of these stitch vacuums that was worse than this one or even close to it that every bit of the hair wraps around the filter which makes it pointless. Is vacuums are designed for everything to be swirling around the bottom as it is picking up debris and hair. This one however every bit of the hair clogs around the filter instantly making the vacuum pointless. I was very disappointed in this purchase seeing as how they make a very great robot vacuum. I will have second thoughts before buying another product from them.

We have used it 4 times and fully charged it after each use. After less than 10 minutes use the battery is drained to less than 15% of battery life left. Run time on a full charge is not very impressive.

I Love the weight , attachments, convenience and quality of this product.. I was initially hesitant with the reviews stating that there was a loud whistling sound, but from friends of mine that have this vacuum and have used for many years, I LOVE it so much already!!! I have 3 dogs and most vacuums cannot keep up! Lets see how this one does! So Far SOOOO Good!

Just got home from trip to find my new cordless vacuum. I fully charged the battery and put it together for a trial run and it worked for about 10 minutes and then it powered off.
The TC1 powers off in low-mid power cycles and shows the hose clogged icon, this is using the furniture attachment.
It throws an error showing the rotating brush as having an issue using the regular attachment on all 3 modes.

This Vacuum is amazing and the touch screen is at your finger tips. the Hand held unit is perfect. The battery life works file for me in a 2000sqft home and I mostly have hard surfaces. Let me say this, Buy this Vacuum, I love it, My wife loves it too

I'm very happy with my new vacuum. Also got it for a good price. Seems to be comparable to my former Dyson. I like the battery life percentage display. It has a rubber beater bar instead of a brush but seems to do a good job. Max mode does a fair job with deep cleaning. It works well on every suface in our house. Even light weight enough to take anywhere. we love this vacuum.

I love the light weight and the ease in using as well as switching out the duster and angled extension. You will want yo use at max suction and the battery will last up to 40 mins on hard surfaces.

I have a few throw rugs that this works great on, but it does seem to use more battery on the rugs. This stick basically replaces my broom. This is my 1st cordless and I love it!!!! Got it at a great price to!

We have a house that has a combo of wood floors, tile and rugs not to mention a dog and young kids. We tend to have a lot of dirt and pet hair just from everyday life. We had been using a corded stick vacuum but found we weren't using it enough because it is a bit cumbersome. This vacuum is exactly what I needed and is a great buy! The only cons that I have are that it can only vacuum up small pieces of stuff and that the charging takes a while. But in my opinion the pros outweigh the cons and I would purchase again. It cleans up so much dust on the floor that I wouldn't be able to sweep up too. The customer service is also top notch! I had my vacuum for a few weeks and it broke and I reached out to the seller and they very quickly resolved the issue and sent me a new one!

It especially works great on hardwood floors and tile and beats pulling out the broom and dustpan. The battery life so far seems adequate for my needs and is much better than a cordless Dyson I bought several years ago. I would recommend this.

While this is convenient, it's definitely not for my whole house. I bought this for my house cleaning business to hit up the stairs mainly. When you have it set up as a whole, it's not tall enough in my opinion. Will use this for my car and cleaning quick small messes and stairs.

This is my first cordless vac. I wanted something easy and lightweight to clean up quick messes so I��m not dragging out the central vac stuff all of the time. This is lightweight and comes with decent attachments. But the battery life leaves something to be desired.

Good suction power does well on pet hair, lint, and small crumbs. The lights low to the floor are really helpful. It's easy to remove the battery, clean the canister and change tools. It would be nice if there were lights on the main section for use with the hand tools.

I have had this for a little more than a week. It is light enough for me to maneuver and carry up and down the stairs. I especially like the light in the front to see the area I am vacuuming. I will still use my larger vacuum for deeper cleaning. But this is exactly what I needed for quick tidying.

This vacuum is my new favorite toy. It makes is SO easy to just very quickly touch-up your floors every day or every other day. I haven��t touched my broom for a couple of weeks now. It is so lightweight and easy to maneuver around and under everything. I have all hard floors in my main floor, except for one bedroom. There are several area rugs. This is just perfect for running over the hard floors and the area rugs for those everyday cleanings.

I know it does not have the powerful suction of my big plug-in vacuum, but that��s fine. I do not mind doing a deeper cleaning with the big machine, but this little wonder does help keep my house looking much cleaner with much less work every day! The seller is pretty impressive, too. They reached out right after I received the vacuum. I had a quick issue/question, and they quickly resolved it.

Battery is great so far too and lasts plenty long enough for our usage. I��ve honestly thought about buying a 2nd one for upstairs. I haven��t used other similar brands to compare to this one, so I can��t comment there, but I��m honestly not interested in other brands at all. Very impressed with MOOSOO.

I had the vacuum for maybe 2-3 weeks now? I bought this so I would be able to easily clean upstairs (where the cat��s litter box is). No cord is great. It��s light enough to go up/ down stairs w/o issue. The included attachments make this an amazing tool. Bought it just thinking I would clean up spilled litter but have used it in LITERALLY every room of my house.

I��ve had this item for about a week now. To be honest it��s my first ever stick vacuum purchase. So I couldn��t necessarily compare it to other brands. However, I do have a good mixture of hardwood, thick carpet and area rugs. The transition from hardwood to a rug is so smooth! The attachments are also very simple to transition with! My only complaint is that I wish the floor vacuum attachment was a bit wider in order to cover more area. Other than that, this is a great product for the price!!

I researched cordless vacuums for months before I finally settled on this one. For the price, this thing rocks. The battery life lasts as long as expected. As long as I don��t use it on boost mode, because it loses battery super super fast. But even for my area rugs, the regular setting is enough suction. it's much lighter and more maneuverable than a regular vacuum.

This is a great cordless vacuum! I have a small apartment (about 960sq ft) and I��m able to vacuum every inch without it losing its charge. The hook it comes with to hook it to the wall is great for storage and making sure it��s always charged.
