Poor battery life. Extra batteries are way too expensive. There is no indication how much battery life left after using the battery. This is old technology. Why does it take 5 hours to charge this battery? Not recommended because of battery. Manuel poorly written.

This is my third Moosoo vacuum over about 6 years. It works well for my house which is about 1600 sq ft with no carpeting. I can do the whole house on one charge. My GIAGANTIC issue with this particular model is that I can't find replacement HEPA filters anywhere on line. Not even on the Moosoo site. All say either not available or sold out. I figure that with the one replacement that came with the vacuum I will get through about 6 months before needing to purchase new filters. If by that time I am not able to find replacements I am done with this company.

Picks up very well even if you don’t think there is dust on your floor or carpet. Hepa filter works very well as does the vacuum. The light on the vacuum is more helpful than you would imagine. Very pleased.

This is my second Moosoo. The first lasted a good five years but it got tired, I lost the filter while cleaning and the battery didn’t last as long as new. So I ordered a new one. New one has several improvements, runs stronger, and is … new.

To say I love this is an understatement...I have THREE ! I love this one so much I have two of this model. It is powerful and really does the job. Easy to use. As good as that brand starting with a D SERIOUSLY!!! My advice besides us it constantly...clean it constantly too. Look at the brush area too for hair. I have long hair and it sometimes wraps around the roller. Use often with ease and clean often to help maintain it. One I have had over many many years. Thinking of adding one more to another floor in this house...truly this model is great. Don't hesitate!

This one has a filtration disk at the entry into canister. I think this make this one work super well.
I just love it. I am careful to clean it after use and to remove my long hair from the roller. This is probably why mine lasted so long.
PS I clean my fridge veggie drawers too with it. Yes!
