I love the Moosoo cordless vacuums. This is the second one I have bought for my house. I have also purchased 2 vacuums as presents. I have had excellent customer service when I had a problem with my vacuum and the issue was resolved promptly. I would definitely recommend the cordless vacuum. If you are looking for a reasonably priced, quality vacuum this is the one. I have purchased 2 different models and am satisfied with both.

I love my vac, but I have a problem. The battery will not charge. I sent 2 emails about this but have not heard back from your service dept. We have one like this at church and it works great. that is the reason I purchased mine. My vac will work with the battery from church in it but my battery will not work in either of the vacs Yes I received my vac Friday Jan 5 and charged it all night and it will not charge. This is our second MOOSOO. loved the first one but would recommend one improvement: Put a repalceable pad on the bottom of the sweeper head, it wears out with constant tile floor use.

I initially bought this for my 85 year old mother to make her daily housework easier, but absolutely love the cord free design. Not having to worry about her tripping over a cord takes a lot off my mind. She loves how it’s so lightweight, even with arthritis she can handle it . She brags about it to anyone who visits her. So needless to say I had to order one for myself too, it’s so convenient and easy to handle that taking it along in the camper or to our weekend summer home is too easy. LOVE the cordless design also. Just overall one of my favorite purchases!

It is a nice vacuum - very similar to a cordless Dyson but a bit lighter is construction and about 1/6 the cost. My cleaning lady loved it because it was so light and powerful. I purchased a second unit for my camper.
