This is our second MOOSOO Vacuum. My wife has arthritis in her hands, we had a Kirby for years, but it's too heavy to lug around. The MOOSOO STICK VACUUM easily moves around and under the furniture. Itis easy to empty, and the wall mount works perfectly, we keep it in the garage . Our first one had an early battery problem, but MOOSOO took care of it under warranty without any problem. We'll stick with the MOOSOO products, my wife is very happy.

Excellent for vacuuming the house, especially under tables. I haven't used a vacuum with a light since the eighties! Exposes the cob webs. Also great for cleaning out vehicles. The filter is primo. I don't get that burnt dirt smell like when using the foam filters.

Rather disappointed in your product. The unit's hanging wall plate is cumbersome and the vacuum stores at an angle making it unsightly. The battery unit does not charge directly to an outlet as in your K17 product. The finger trigger is ergonomically difficult to use and often times if my finger moves inadvertently, it shuts off the vacuum. My old K17, power 200W vacuum was terrific. Wished I had purchased it instead of this non-friendly user product.

This was my second vacuum purchase from Moosoo. I was very happy with the first one. This new one has very little suction. The latch to empty it does not stay closed easily like the old one. I have to loosen the latch and push the lid closed & then let the latch go. I’m pretty disappointed with this purchase.

The only thing worse than the vacuum is the customer service provided.
Shipping was extremely late and the customer service rep was completely unhelpful.
You would be better lighting $80 on fire and then keeping the extra $4 for a coffee to numb the pain

I received the vacuum but the battery does not charge, I have communicated with customer service several times, they told me they would send a replacement battery, this is after several emails and sending you a video of the battery. I was told my information would be directed to the "related department" and they would send me a replacement part. Now 4 weeks later I receive an email "sorry for the inconvenience, we have not received answers to the questions, please provide us detailed information about the issue" I have already provided detailed information about the issue???????????

I Purchased a vac for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. I also purchased filters for myself as I also have the same vac for the past three years.
Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong filters. But everything was rectified through MOOSOO and the correct filters are on their way. Love this product.

I have now purchased 3 of these vacuums and the first and second generation are better than the new one. I almost never got the thing put together and especially the part that holds the debris. Got it open and couldn’t get it back together for a long time. Too hard and too much hassle. Older folks cannot operate this

I bought a red moosoo that operates easier and is lighter and picks up dirt along the edge much better but, this moosoo is heavier harder to operate not as easy to use but, it picks up the dirt really really good.

For the most part I love this vacuum. The only thing that I'm not crazy about is that it's hard to recluse the dust bin after you empty it. The tab on the cover is supposed to click over the body of the dust bin to hold the bin closed. The lid has to be pressed closed multiple times before it actually latches.

I just received this vacuum and they want a review. I used it once and it works nice. So, I’ll meet you halfway with the stars and I’ll get back to you in a month or two after I get some use out of it.
This isn’t something that you taste and can write a review as soon as you eat it. It’s a machine and before I can commit to a review, it needs to used a few times. Especially when it comes to battery life, as how often it needs to be recharged.
It’s suction power is pretty decent and it comes with 2 filters. While I can clean one, I can still use the vacuum because of the second filter.
Hopefully I can come back and give it a 5 star rating as I would like to give everything I purchase.

I love my new Moosoo XL-617 vacuum it is light weight yet does a heavy workload. It has great suction and lasts quite awhile I use it everyday and find I don't wasn't to drag my heavy shark out.

I was not happy when I saw the box it showed up in when delivered by FedEx in the winter in MN. It was the manufactures box, thin, no tape to secure the flaps. Luckily everything appeared to in the box. The vacuum seems to work good for the short amount we've used it. The battery seemed to run down after a little more than 2.5 hours., we'll keep our fingers crossed!

I've only used it twice but it came in very handy in delivering a spider the size of my hand from inside my house to outside. It sucked that 8-legged beast into the canister where it kept him nicely (although in a bit of a whirl) until we easily opened it at the bottom and let the spider out. Still alive, it staggered off to a nearby tree. So me and the vac are getting along really well right now. I just wish the battery lasted longer...

The only thing I don’t like is how it empties - the first time I dumped some of the trash in the floor as it missed the trash can and the second time the dog hair was wound around the filter so I had to go in there with a knife to get it out- however, it’s light, it’s quieter than my other one and it picks-up very well!

Seriously my favorite brand for vacuums ever!! Mine broke a couple years ago (user error) and I replaced it with a Shark for TWICE the price and literally dumbest decision I’ve ever made. I finally got a chance to order a new one from Moosoo instead and it’s 1000x better than my Shark, just like I remembered. Great bang for your buck. If y’all ever come out with a robot vacuum, I’d be happy to review it
