I love my MOOSOO!! This is my second one. So light, but with so much power. I rarely take out my big vacume anymore. I use it on all my hardwood floors. Even in the garage, the porch and the patio! It's the best!!

I have an older model MOOSOO that I love and it works great except the filters have been discontinued, so I can no longer use it. I had to buy a newer model. Not too happy about this. What I do like about the older model is there is no brush, just material so I know it's not hurting our HW floors. Best,

I love this vacuum- it’s my second one I own. When i was at Costco i remembered i needed another vacuum and picked up a Dyson because that’s what they were carrying at the time. I ended up returning it and getting another Moosa because i liked the functions better and how you do not have to hold down the power button when in use like Indid with the Dyson. My first one has lasted me a long time

Performs well on bare floors, but does not roll easily on carpets and rugs even those having a low pile. Attachments are handy. Wall rack is convenient for storing the device, but since there is no outlet in my storage closet, I had to disassemble the rack in order to extract the charger. I find it amusing that the pictures in the advertisement show it hanging up on a wall in the living area as if it is a piece of art. Mmm, I don't think so.

Best place for it. Works better than any vacuum I’ve had in the motorhome to pick up little stones and sand. Great place to store it when we’re not in the motorhome. Long lasting charge. This is the third one that we own.

The vacuum arrived safe and sound. It works fine. However, it is not K17Pro, it is just a 17. The one it replaced was a K17 Pro. It seems to be not as strong as our original. Time will tell.

I love that the vacuum stands up on its own! Our home has no carpet; just a few large rugs. The vacuum works beautifully on both and it is awesome not having to plug it in. We have 1500 s.f. and it easily does the whole house and more. The vacuum is light and maneuvers easily. It's a great vacuum and I would.highly recommend it!

This is the second K17G we've purchased. We obviously were very happy with the first one. The second one which we received a few days ago didn't come as pictured on the website. The picture show large wheels on the back of the motor head (same design that was on our older unit). The unit we recently received has a new design with small back wheels which are not substantial and will certainly get blocked with dirt, pet hair etc. We sent a few emails to the customer service email which guarantees a response and no response. We are forced to keep a product that we do not want. Do not purchase a unit from this company unless you consider it a final sale/purchase. There is no customer service phone number and they do not respond to their customer service email support. If you read the return policy it lists a phone number. If you call the number you receive a recording stating that this number is not in service at this time. I can't even say bad customer service, I can only say NO customer service.

Some of the attachments as it came with no instructions at all. I had read this in the reviews but still purchased based on a friend’s recommendation, this is unacceptable. Still not sure if there is a beater bar for rugs and if you use the same attachment for rugs and hard wood floors.
How hard is it to include instructions? If you want to be a considered a quality product you must include instructions!!!’n

Our second sweeper. Both work great but the second one came with the connector pin on the charging base bent so the unit wouldn't connect when I tried to mount the motor unit onto the charging plate. I took a chance and used a pair of piers to gently snap the connector back into an upright position. It appeared to work but made a snapping noise that worries me that it might come undone later. That said, the motor unit did connect and is charging. I should probably contact customer service to see if they'll send me a replacement charging plate.

This is my second purchase of this vacuum within 6 months. When it works, works great. My previous one I only used 3 months and it broke at canister area. I bought again hoping this one will last longer. Bought again since cheaper than other ones. I hope I didn’t make another mistake by buying again.

This Moosoo has things I love and things I don't like. First the best parts: It's light and easy to carry around for small tasks, the suction is good, the attachments are great, and the price is great. Now what I don't like compared to three others I have had or used: The dust bin is very tiny and okay if you empty when there is very little inside. If you have dog hair or lint the emptying is difficult because you have to take it apart and put back together which is not simple. That is a comparison with Tineco, Shark, and Dyson. But for the price, it's worth having for small quick pickups.

It works well on the hardwood floors, not enough suction/brush rotation to get fuzzies off of the area rugs without laboring. I think the red extension piece is about 6 inches too short- I had to bend over to use this vacuum. Its hard on the lower back.

Have had 2 Moosoo’s …the first one lasted 2 years but did a decent job. Ordered another one & had trouble from the beginning…would not charge it took 9 months for the company to really respond. In the meantime I had to purchase another vac. Would not recommend this company. They do not support their product.

I absolutely loathe vacuuming but this stick vac makes it so much easier I actually enjoy using it. It's super easy to put together and mount the charger. We have two dogs who shed and this vacuum takes care of the hair no problem. We have hardwood floors and rugs. The charge is good. Highly recommend if you're looking for something to replace your bulky, heavy vacuum with a lightweight, easy-to-maneuver cordless one.

I only received the tray head, a battery, one attachment. the rod, charging unit....everything to make this work was not included and I cannot get anyone at MooSoo to help me. they keep sending me new UPS tracking numbers with the missing parts that are not valid. I cannot get a them to respond to my request for a refund. Awful!!!!

I love my new battery powered vacuum. It does exactly what I wanted it to do, quickly picks up anything between my regular vacuuming. It has good power and recharges for the next time. I bought the MooSoo because it has the long wand, so I don’t have to bend over with the other small vacuum I had. My recharging station is handy and I have no problem changing between the long wand to the shorter wand. Great product and worth the money.

nice design but suction is low on the low setting and on the high setting, the suction is decent but the battery runs out really fast. I don't think it is worth $100. A comparable Black & Decker 20v handheld is a lot more powerful. Let's see how it works out over tine.

I did not unpack or use the vacuum but the customer service I've received so far is horrible. Just trying to return the item and it's been well over a week with no response after 3-4 emails. If you buy, I'd recommend purchasing through amazon and not direct. Very frustrating they don't get back to their consumers.

I’ve had the vacuum with the cord before and it was amazing. However, this cordless one is not as good because the charge only hold up for 10 min before you have to recharge it again. I’m only able to vacuum half of my floor and wait to charge it again before finishing the other half.

I used this at someone's house while petsitting and couldn't believe how light this vacuum was and how well it worked.
